Coco substrate

Coconut fiber is an organic substrate for indoor plants, consisting of coconut fibers. It is produced by processing the peel of coconut palms. It consists of about 30% of short fibers and 70% of coconut dust.Due to the large content of lignin, this unique structure decomposes very slowly. In contrast to peat, coconut fiber does not cake and does not settle, but remains loose all the time.Using this material, you can do without drainage in the pot. Thanks to the perfect capillary system, the distribution of moisture in the soil occurs gradually and evenly, it is retained for a long time. Good porosity provides air access to the roots of plants.
