When ordering from the GrowshopBaltic e-shop, you can pick up the goods yourself at the Tallinn or Riga store, order the goods from SmartPOST, Omniva, Venipak and DPD parcel terminals or use the Venipak, DPD or Omniva courier service for delivery. Which parcel terminals and courier services can be used to pick up your parcel will be displayed when you checkout in the e-shop under the delivery method selection.
The cost of delivery depends on the location of the buyer and the delivery method. The cost of delivery will be displayed to the buyer when the order is placed.
SmartPost and Omniva parcel machines will deliver the goods within 2–5 working days. Delivery times may change depending on the workload of transport partners and the season (for example, major e-commerce promotions such as Black Friday or the run-up to Christmas, etc.) — we will always do our best to ensure that the delivery time estimate shown when you make your purchase is as accurate as possible. In the case of courier services, the customer will be contacted before the goods are delivered.
Products ordered from the GrowshopBaltic e-shop can be picked up during GrowshopBaltic opening hours by providing the order number.
No delivery fee is added to the goods when ordering from the store.
In case the customer does not collect the goods within 14 calendar days, the customer is considered to have withdrawn from the contract. The purchase price of orders not taken out, including postage, will be refunded immediately, but not later than 30 calendar days, to the same bank account from which the purchase was paid.
Order goods by parcel post
The Customer will be notified by SMS when the goods arrive at the parcel machine, which will include a unique door code to open the door. Instructions on how to use the code and how to open the parcel locker can be found on the parcel machine's touch screen.
If the Customer does not pick up the goods from the parcel machine within 7 days, the Customer will be deemed to have withdrawn from the contract. The purchase amount of the orders not taken out will be refunded immediately, but not later than within 14 calendar days, to the same bank account from which the purchase was paid, postage paid.
Omniva, Venipak or DPD courier services
For courier service users, the goods will be delivered directly to the address indicated in the order.
The exact time of delivery will be agreed by the courier with the Customer by phone before the delivery.
