How does CANNAZYM work?
Enzymes are substances that speed up the reactions in living organisms, they play a vital role in our digestion for example. The enzymes in CANNAZYM facilitate fast conversion of dead root material into minerals and sugars. This is important since they make up a valuable source of nutrients for the plants and the soil environment. Fast breakdown of root remains creates a balanced air and soil hydrology in the root environment. Furthermore, putrefaction and the consequent formation of toxic substances are prevented and the risk of an infection by pathogenic moulds is considerably reduced. This is ideal for your plants. The soil environment is improved because the mineral salts and sugars that are formed as a result of using CANNAZYM, are important for the bacteria that live around the roots. They give the plants extra protection against diseases that are caused by moulds and facilitate the exchange of nutrients and vitamins with the roots. This results in improved balance and increased absorption capacity.
The threat
In a properly functioning root system, roots die and new ones are formed. The dead roots are an ideal source of food for pathogens. Once pathogenic fungi have multiplied in the dead root material they present a threat to the healthy roots which are easily attacked which causes their functioning to decline considerably. The consequences of this are that the entire plant is placed in a stress situation and growth is hindered.
Increased health
A number of easy to absorb vitamins that stimulate the plants to form new roots are added to CANNAZYM. A good root system has of a lot of young growing points and it is these that absorb elements such as calcium, magnesium and iron. A substance that has been isolated from desert plants, is added to CANNAZYM to improve the plants’ defence system. Activating the plants’ defence system increases protection against pathogenic organisms. A defence system that is functioning optimally will allow the plants to react quickly against an imminent attack so damage will be prevented or limited. CANNAZYM Directions of Use
● Shake bottle well before use.
● Dilute 25 ml concentrate per 10 litres of water (1:400). Add to the nutrient solution at least once a week, continuously is preferable.
● When you use older (untreated) slabs, double the dose for a period of one month. Double the dose for 1 – 2 weeks when reusing treated slabs.
● Do not prepare more solution than can be used in 10 days.
● Do not use in combination with products containing hydrogen peroxide.

● Over-fertilization has a negative effect on the environment, the substrate and the plant.
