DRY TRIMMER XL® IN DETAIL
A dedicated dry trimming solution for the professional growers.
A fully automated dry trimming device with the capacity as much as 30 kg per hour brings true effectiveness into harvesting routines. Cannabis flowers are loaded directly into a stainless steel tumbler, where they are trimmed. The tumbler with a diameter of 400 mm provides enough capacity for a typical small or mid-sized production volume.
The flowers are rotated in the large tumbler and slowly moved through. A sharp cutting sheet from a durable food grade plastic does the actual trimming. Waste materials like leaves and stems are collected in three drawer boxes under the tumbler.
The machine itself can be tilted horizontally on its stand. This makes the operation convenient and easy . The end of the tumbler can be covered by a removable transparent lid which prevents the buds from spilling and allows for an easy inspection of the trimming process.
Dry Trimmer XL® is a dedicated large-scale trimming solution. With it's large tumbler and cutting system optimized for the dry trimming, this machine is designed for the large producers to achieve the best dry trimming results quickly and effortlessly.
